Crab Rangoon Cheese Wonton Stirfry



This Crab Rangoon Cheese Wonton Stirfry is a delightful fusion of classic Crab Rangoon flavors and stir-fried vegetables, resulting in a delicious and crispy texture with a savory and slightly sweet sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Crab Rangoon Cheese Wontons
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers any color
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat

Add the Crab Rangoon Cheese Wontons to the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy

Remove them from the pan and set them aside on a paper towel-lined plate

In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Add the diced onion, sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, snow peas, carrots, and minced garlic

Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes if using

Return the fried Crab Rangoon Cheese Wontons to the pan with the cooked vegetables

Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients in the pan and toss everything together to coat evenly

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle sliced green onions on top for garnish
