Shrimp Saltimbocca Kabobs are a tasty take on a traditional Italian dish. These kabobs are a tasty and classy way to serve an appetizer or main course because they have crispy prosciutto, juicy shrimp, and fragrant sage. Great for your next party or barbecue.
Ingredients:
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 slices of prosciutto
- 12 fresh sage leaves
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Place the prosciutto slices on a clean work surface
Each slice of prosciutto should have a sage leaf on top of it
Wrap a slice of prosciutto in sage and wrap each shrimp in it
Then, thread the shrimp and cherry tomatoes on skewers one after the other
Add salt and pepper to the kabobs after brushing them with olive oil
